Mission Statement

Vision: To create a collaborative environment in which Delaware’s public and private sector capabilities and assets are leveraged for protecting against, responding to and recovering from high consequence events, including terrorism and natural disasters.

Mission: DMA represents a partnership between public and private sectors, whose purpose is to enhance the security of Delaware’s critical infrastructures through two way information sharing and training.

A link below is to the Bulletin issued by the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center.  This Bulletin is being provided for your Executive Leadership, Operational Management, and Security Administrators situational awareness.  The actors who make up the hacker group “Anonymous” and several likely related offshoots like “LulzSec”, continue to harass public and private sector entities with rudimentary exploits and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) commonly associated with less skilled hackers referred to as “Script Kiddies”.
